Participation in Singalong Sally Classes.

In order to attend any Singalong Sally class, party or organised event you must agree to the terms and conditions set out below including the Covid-19 Waiver. By booking your class you are agreeing to the following

Singalong Sally reserve the right to cancel your place in class in the unlikely event that you fail to abide by the terms and conditions but are under no obligation to provide a refund for any lessons.

Cancellation

Should classes be cancelled by Singalong Sally refunds will be given.
If a parent or carer requests a refund with 48 hours notice, a refund will be offered minus commission already paid by Singalong Sally to Happity and Stripe who take a percentage fee at time of booking that is not recoverable. 

Parents and carers who choose not to attend or forget to attend a booked class due to any reason will not be given a refund. 

By participating in our classes you agree that refunds will not be issued due to sickness, holiday leave, ‘Acts Of God’ or ‘Force Majeure’.

Covid-19 Waiver:

Assumption of the Risk and Waiver of Liability Relating to Coronavirus/COVID-19The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organisation. COVID-19 is contagious and is believed to spread mainly from person-to-person contact. As a result, local governments and government health agencies recommend social distancing.Singalong Sally has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19; Singalong Sally cannot guarantee that you or your child(ren) will not become infected with COVID-19. By booking this class you acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that you may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by attending Singalong Sally classes and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. You understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 at Singalong Sally may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of yourself and others, including, but not limited to, Singalong Sally and class participants and their families.You voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to yourself (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that you may experience or incur in connection with your attendance at Singalong Sally. On your behalf, and on behalf of your children, You hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless Singalong Sally, agents, and representatives, of and from the Claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto. You understand and agree that this release includes any Claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of Singalong Sally, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after participation in any Singalong Sally class

By booking this class you / your child / children are registering to participate in activities held by Singalong Sally and you are accepting this waiver and all the terms and conditions (insofar as they are applicable). You should only book if you have read them and voluntary accept them.

Disclaimer Singalong Sally accepts no responsibility under any circumstances for any loss (consequential or otherwise), damage, expense or delay suffered or incurred by the Parent/Carer, the child or any other party arising directly or indirectly or in any way connected with the attendance of the child at the sessions including but not limited to, the unavailability of a teacher, ‘Acts of God’, the postponement or delay in the Course (or any part of it) or any other act or omission on the part of Singalong Sally  or any of its franchisees, teachers, employees or agents

By attending any Singalong Sally class, party or event you agree to constantly supervise all the children in your care and to take full responsibility for them.

By attending any Singalong Sally class, party or event you agree to abide by the safety guidelines to ensure social distancing. These are available in class or on the Singalong Sally website http://singalongsally.co.uk/covid-19/

Singalong Sally has taken all reasonable care in ensuring that their programmes are safe. However, the Parent and/or Carer agrees that their child will be engaging in physical activities that may involve some risk of injury. The Parent and/or Carer acknowledges that they have been advised to consult with their child’s physician with respect to any past or present injury, illness, health problem or any other condition or medication that may affect their child’s participation in Singalong Sally classes.

The Parent and/or Carer assumes the above risks and accepts responsibility for any injury sustained by their child and agrees to discharge and hold harmless Singalong Sally , its Owners, Franchisees, and personnel including its Teachers and its Suppliers from any liability arising from any injury to your child or other persons or property caused by your child’s participation in the Singalong Sally programmes.

Singalong Sally takes no responsibility whatsoever for any loss, damage or expense incurred by a Pupil and or Parent/Carer whilst participating in a class or whilst on the premises of where a class is taking place.

Singalong Sally reserves the right to exclude a Parent and/or Carer and/or Pupil from a class permanently, or for the time they feel necessary, due to behaviour that is not deemed acceptable within a class.

The Parent and/or Carer agrees that any claim made against Singalong Sally , its Owners, Franchisees, and personnel including its Teachers and its Suppliers, will be made in writing within 30 days of the incident taking place and failure to report in writing within this time will negate any such claim.

Changes to our terms and conditions

We reserve the right to make amendments to our Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in our business or statutory obligations. The new version will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting. If applicable these changes will be communicated to all our customers by email. If you use our website after the new Terms and Conditions have come into effect this indicates your agreement to be bound by them.
